Our Courses
Primary School Classes
Afternoon lessons
We are currently providing English tuition to a Primary School class in 5th grade. Here, we run regular afternoon sessions (1 hour long in duration, 3 times a week), conducted exclusively in the English language. During these classes our primary objective is to create a stress-free, relaxed, but motivating native English environment for our pupils. We offer a broad range of playful activities and fun games, reading and writing classes, role-play sessions, science and projects – all aimed to inspire and motivate our students and therefore improve their English through fun! Our sessions are all thematically designed, with each topic spanning approximately two weeks. During this time, we explore related vocabulary and grammar concepts through exciting and immersive activities and out-of-the-ordinary tasks. We do not give our students homework or grades and we do not conduct exams. However, we do have regular language tests in order to monitor our students’ progress. These check-points are carefully adjusted to each and every pupil in our class to help reflect their true progress and potential.

Eötvös Loránd University (ELTE) – Social Sciences Department
Evening lessons
Our evening classes are designed with the students of ELTE University in mind. These classes focus on academic English, with formal writing and presentation skills being in the spotlight. The students who attend our sessions are currently conducting their university studies in English and our primary objective is to give them the necessary tools to achieve their true potential in their second – or often third or fourth! – language. In order to do this as best as we can, we have developed three different curricula: each student is placed in the group best suited to their language level and is therefore challenged in a safe and supportive environment.
The communicative language lessons take place on ELTE University’s campus twice a week (60 minutes per session), where the students attend in small groups. The classes are thematically designed, with new and different topics and grammar focuses each time. Contact time is followed by related homework tasks to deepen the students’ understanding of the studied concepts and put theoretical ideas into practice. The attendees receive regular and detailed feedback on the work they have submitted. There are regular check-point quizzes to monitor the students’ progress, however, we do not conduct exams during the year. The course spans the entire academic year (2 semesters) and our curricula build on one another in a spiral model, ensuring that new material is introduced to students who wish to study with us for years to come!

Private Tutoring

Whether it is in-person or online, we offer 1-on-1 English language lessons. We can cater for almost anyone from complete beginners all the way up to advanced levels (A1-C1). We will use the communicative teaching approach to help you achieve your goals and can provide conversational classes or, if you would prefer, we can work through a text book together. We can set your goals to suit your own requirements or prepare you for an official language exam: the choice is yours! Each lesson will be 45-60 minutes long and will be held exclusively in English.

We have a fantastic collection of online materials for children. This means that you, as the parent, have to do very little work. There are free videos available on our YouTube channel, including stories, gym sessions, science experiments and much more! We also have paid content which covers a whole theme and tackles language in-depth.
